Our project was large and complex, with extensive retrofitting to the existing 1950's home. To add to the complexity, we opted to continue to live in the home during the major remodel, and room addition. Your team did a great job of scheduling the work around our family life. The work done by your carpenters and supervisors was of high quality. They made recommendations to improve or enhance our plans, usually at little or no cost difference. Our home gets many compliments, usually due to many details suggested and implemented by your team. We are writing to thank you for all your company has done during the renovation of our office building. We were concerned when we purchased the building that we would not be able to find a contractor that understood the wide range of work that needed to be done on such a structure. You have put this concern to rest. Our first task was making sure the foundation of the building was in good shape. You completed a thorough inspection that even included pictures which made it easy to see what needed to be done and repaired the necessary supports. Next there was the removal of the block wall that was in disrepair. You and your team worked through a weekend to get the job done so our office business was not disrupted. 

The ceiling around the area where the block wall was removed is so well done; no one would ever know what was previously there. 

Needless to say we were impressed. Then you helped facilitate the installation of a new roof which was desperately needed before the rainy season hit. Once the new roof was completed we were able to move forward with the finishing of the attic space which involved putting a floor down in very challenging conditions. Once again your team got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks for your hard work and professionalism.

Nick and his company have worked on several differ projects for me over the past 10 years.
