Advanced did an outstanding job on our home remodeling project.

For our remodeling project, we did a room addition, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, a retaining wall, and a new cement driveway. More importantly, all of the projects were completed on time and on budget. Overall, the company was prompt and responsive to any of our immediate questions and inquiries. With out a doubt I can say they are probably one of the best general contractors around the Los Angeles area, we look forward to working with Advanced Builders & Contractors, on our next home remodeling project.

 

 

 

I am writing this letter to express my deep appreciation of the work Advanced has provided to me. I can not say enough about the outstanding quality and services for my home remodeling project. Our home was built in 1957 and we bought about 9 years ago. When we decided to remodel our house we spoke to a couple of engineers and architects, before we picked general contractors to meet with. They were all good, but Advanced was different. They understood exactly what we want it, and didn’t try to oversell us on anything else. Now Im a retired sales person and understand how sales work, but again Advanced was genuine, and fair, they immediately assessed the situation, better than 2 other contractors, who gave us estimates. 

My home was very closed in, like a box, too many walls; I guess that’s how they used to build Los Angles homes back in 50s and 60s. One of the reasons we bought our house was because we loved the area, but not so much the inside of the house to be exact the layout of the house, the kitchen was very small. The master bathroom was narrow and long, the guest bathroom was tiny. The living room and dining room were awful. But that’s old news now, we pretty much tore up the whole house. Advanced remodeled our entire house for us, although we did not do a room addition because of our lot size, we did what ever we could inside the house to give it a more inviting and open feeling. Now we have a good size kitchen, you can actually fit more than 3 people. The master bathroom now looks great, its exactly what we wanted. The guest bathroom now has more space. By removing the load bearing wall in between the living room and the dining room, it is now one huge room. We never thought this couldn’t be done, but your architect and engineer were able to find a solution for us. I also appreciate the fact that you used green products through out the entire remodeling process, and that you recycled the old materials rather than through them in the trash. Your entire crew was great, they showed us lots of different sketch’s, and designs, and they incorporated our entire wish list. Your crew was always competent and efficient. THANKS

 

 

 

We are very happy with your remodeling services so, it with great pleasure that I would like to take this opportunity to elaborate on the performance we recently received during our home remodeling project. The doors and windows you workers installed look great, it only been a couple of months, but I’ve already noticed that my A/C is not working as hard. The tile roof and the new exterior paint make a huge difference on the curb appeal of the house. The landscaping and hardscape projects you did are beautiful. It amazing to see what they were able to do in such short amount of time. The hardwood floors, and tile look great also. The sky light gives us so much light. It feels like we have a new house, I would like to recognize all the individuals that worked on our remodeling project. With out a doubt these gentleman had to be some of the most dedicated individuals. They loved there jobs and you can see it.

 

 

 

My wife and I had interviewed several builders to renovate our home, and were ready to give up on the whole thing until we met with Nick and Sam at Advance Builders and Contractors. They were responsive to our needs from the first initial meeting. There project manager and all the workers were very courteous and considerate. They went out of there way to make us happy, and since we lived in our home during the entire renovation period they were extra careful, to clean up there mess every day. This was very important to me because of family and my 2 dogs. What we appreciated most about working with this team is their immediate resolution of any issues. We would definitely work you again on any other renovations we decide to do in the future. You did an excellent job, and we just wanted to say thanks.

 

 

 

As you know we were thinking of remodeling or home for over a year now. Every time we thought we were ready something else would pop up. Until we had that water leak in the kitchen, and boy did it cause a mess, but it like it was a sign. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole remodeling experience was so stress free. Now my home has the look, and feel that I have always desired. Everyone I met was friendly, courteous and professional.
