When it came time for us to build our new home in Los Angeles, we spoke with 4 general contractors. After hearing horror stories about other new construction projects being delayed and even contractors being fired, I was very careful with whom I met, and since this was the first time I had ever done new construction project, I was even more cautious. Advanced design group and planning was straight forward and to the point, which put us ahead of schedule, and gives us ahead start on the construction itself. I appreciate all the time that they spent with me going over the set of blue prints, and the construction aspect itself, they always answered my question. Even though I didn’t know anything about the construction industry, they helped me with each step of the process of my new construction project. I don’t believe I would have gotten the same results with the other contractors. We are thrilled with our results and our finished product. I believe one of the true tests in business is whether or not someone will be a client for life.
