I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience and extreme satisfaction with Advanced. Following a Rainstorm that damaged our house (do to our old roof). They installed a new roof on my house, and I was so Impressed with their work that I hired them to remodel the interior of my house. From beginning to end, I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend them to anyone. From the outset, Advanced performance was truly impressive… on all dimensions! They started work on the day they promised and had as many as seven professionals working on our house at any given period to meet our schedule and needs. (They Knew I was planning a trip, and completed the job in three and half weeks, one week ahead of schedule.) Most importantly, they took great pride in their work and used installation methods and materials that were among the finest I seen. It would be an understatement for me to say that I am a picky customer. Let me emphasize that again! I included a page-long addendum to the contract. They had no problem meeting, and in almost all cases, exceeding my specifications and expectations. As an engineer and homeowner who prefers a hands-on approach to home improvements, I took off from work early some days and watched every phase of the work. In those few instances where I wanted something done a particular way (mostly cosmetic preferences), the workers were very conscientious and professional, responding to every request that I made of them. It is this kind of attention to detail and conscientious performance that, in my book, wins them a five star rating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors.

My sister originally hired this company to remodel her house including building a new patio area, with a pergola, removing a 1,700 sq ft of driveway, and replace it with stamp concrete, they also did a great job on her roof. I on the other hand hired them to remodel my kitchen and living room area, there was a supporting wall between them which, which opened up, the transformation was unbelievable. There deigns were excellent they stuck to the time line, and more importantly they stuck to their original budget. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and showed up early every morning. I hired Advanced to remodel 3 bathrooms for me in my new home. I was on a time crunch because the house was vacant and I really wanted to move in. These 3 bathrooms were awful! Very outdated! So we wanted them all to have a very similar look and Advanced took care to do exactly that. Sam was my project manager and what a fine man he is! We met on-sight every morning before I went to work and he had lots of suggestions and ideas when I would ask him, yet he never pushed his ideas on me and he totally allowed me to make the decisions on my own, of course I always went with his ideas because they always saved me money and were to my benefit. From the beginning the lines of communication with Sam were wide open. We discussed everything as to avoid misunderstandings and costly errors. He really had my best interest at heart, I could tell. They worked on all the bathrooms simultaneously which made it possible for me to move in quicker.  I enjoyed working with Sam and his crew and would without a doubt recommend them and use them again.

We bought a house on Tarzana which needed a number of things done. It had lots of odds and ends and upgrading to do. We hired Advanced Builders to do the work and they did a great job. We upgraded our electrical panel, ran new copper piping throughout the house, changed all the carpet flooring to hardwood, and painted the interior and exterior of the house.  The bathrooms were all redone. The only major work was the deck outside. The house is on a hillside so there was a bit of planning and permitting to do. The inside was done fairly quickly and we moved in right away. We were able to live in the house while the deck was being built. The deck is beautiful! It’s huge and overlooking such a beautiful view, it was worth the wait. I’m impressed by the professionalism this company showed. They listened well and got the job done. They didn’t leave me hanging. They worked every day until all the work was done and made sure I was happy and satisfied. Great customer service and great quality work!

I had saved up for years to remodel my kitchen. I was very particular about what I wanted, so when I met up with Nick to discuss my project I had a long wish list of what I wanted to have in my dream kitchen. Some features were, lazy susans, an island with its own sink and dishwasher, Caesar stone countertops, custom cabinetry with built in roll out shelves, self closing and opening drawers and doors, 2 pantries, a skylight and a recycling and trash rollout cabinet to name a few. Nick agreed with my wishes and added a few suggestions which were great such as under-cabinet lighting, the design for the backsplash and the farmhouse sink. I am very excited to cook in my kitchen. The crew did a great job! Everything is exactly how I dreamed and better! It was a long wait but my dream kitchen is now my reality. I love it and Im happy that I hired a company that really did what I asked. Everything on my list was implemented in my kitchen project. I am very happy with my new kitchen and I would be happy to show it off and be used as a reference! I highly recommend Advanced Builders and Contractors.

We remodeled our 2 bathrooms with Advanced and are very pleased with the way they look. We changed the layout in one bathroom to accommodate a bigger shower adjacent to the tub and the other bathroom we left the same just changed the toilet, vanity, and basically everything in it cosmetically. The materials we used are beautiful. Advanced sent us to shop at their suppliers and I have to say I was impressed with the selection from which I chose. It was fairly easy and enjoyable. We only shopped in two locations and had everything we needed. They started the construction as soon as all our materials arrived. The transformation is amazing! The bathrooms look great! The detailed tile work and finishes are brilliant. The mirrors over the custom vanities are stunning, and Sam actually picked those out. I would like to thank the whole team that makes up Advanced Builders and Contractors. They did an addition in the back of my home and I am very happy with the result. This was a big job and they made it seem simple and easy. They went in with lots of confidence and knowledge which gave me a good feeling. Everything was done in an organized manner and I could tell from the beginning that they have done this many times before and are experienced in doing room additions such as my own.  The plans were drawn up by Nick’s architect and they took care of the permitting and all of that. It was fascinating to see the whole project come about. There were many people at our property early every morning and were there all day. They cleaned after themselves which was a bonus. I thought it would be much worse with everything you hear happening during a construction such as our 600sqft addition, but the workmen were polite and friendly and took care of their things. This extra space is a great addition to our home and its value. It was built very sound and secure and I am pleased with the way it flows from one side of the addition to the existing home. To make the exterior match the best, I had Advanced re-stucco the whole house. You virtually can’t tell that we added anything. Advanced did a great job on my home and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They are a delight to work with! They are a one stop shop which is nice and helpful to people who have no time to be very involved in a remodeling project such as myself. They were very responsible and reliable which made my life easier to which I am very grateful! Job very very very well done!
